(1) Year at $150 per unit

General provisions- 2 calls annually

Our Inspections and checks Include the following:

  • Test heating and/or cooling cycles
  • Check fan control
  • Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
  • Check heat exchanger
  • Check high limit control
  • Check all electrical connections
  • Check belts for cracks and wear
  • Check for flue obstructions
  • Check manifold gas pressure and adjust if necessary
  • Check burner operation – clean flame sensor
  • Check capacitor
  • Check condensate drain
  • Check pressure and refrigerant levels
  • Check and replace standard filters (unless otherwise noted)
  • Check indoor/outdoor coil for dirt
  • Check and correct air flow
  • Check temperature split and thermostat calibration

(3) Years at $390 per unit
