Ramiro and R&B saved us! Their team was super responsive over text when we had a problem with our HVAC during one of the hottest times of the year. They came the next day promptly, and even came back a separate time without a charge to ensure the job was done properly. Ramiro was easy to talk to, honest, didn't try to upcharge or sugarcoat anything. We hope to work with them for an upcoming more intensive duct configuration project. A couple days ago our AC unit stopped working and coincidently we had a maintenance planned with another company so when the technician arrived, he mentioned that it was a coolant leak and is common with units over 20 years old and it would cost thousands to repair. so we engaged with multiple companies and a lot of sales people turned up and tried to sell us a new unit and the price ranges were wild. Then Ramiro came out to initially quote a replacement unit however suggested that he could try fixing it for a fraction of the price. Thinking that it would give us time to think through what the right approach would be and find the budget, we went ahead with it and he diagnosed and fixed the issue within a few minutes to keep me going through the summer. Though not permanent as I still will replace the unit but this time not under duress. I really appreciate the honesty and he didn't at any point try to upsell me, actually giving me good advice on things to consider. This is a great business and will recommend to other people. I totally understand why my colleagues told me to reach out to them as they had good experiences with them for their ac and furnace installs.

Ramiro was great. Diagnosed our problem quickly and figured out that it was blown fuses. He was able to get our system up and running within 35 minutes. I feared the worse but ended up to be very fortunate. This was in the middle of our latest heat wave and he restored our AC unit. Scored! He even took the time to look at our outside unit and gave some recommendations for the future . Very reliable and honest. You will not be disappointed with his services. Definitely recommend him and R&B.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We've used R&B twice now and not only are they professional, kind, they also get the job done right and for a great price. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year and before a week of intense heat. I called in a panic and R&B came out the same day I called and fixed my AC unit. Ramiro even showed me how to fix it next time it happens! They deserve 10 stars! Thank you ALL so much for always taking care of us. I'll never use anyone else and will refer as many people as I know to you!

Brandon came out to fix our heater issue in the mid peninsula area, and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, he happily explained his diagnosis and the relevant circumstances in detail with me, and he went through the whole process of the repairs without trying to up sell me on new parts or extras I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend Brandon, and I'll look for him again for any future repairs or service.

My 93 yo mother lost her heating at her house. She called a competitor and they estimated repairs at 8 - 30k to replace!! I couldn't believe it. I told her to get another estimate. She called R&B and they promptly responded. After Brandon evaluated he estimated $1800 to repair and 4k to replace. We decided to replace and it was professionally done the next day! Brandon even supported a non related issue. R&B was fantastic and we will refer them to all the neighbors!!

Furnace went out this morning. Brandon arrived within in an hour and had things fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Our family has used R&B for over 20 years for all our HVAC needs and have always been impressed and satisfied. Brandon is a fabulous and personable example of R&B's great service.

Our air conditioning suddenly started acting up and we were stressed out. Living in San Jose with a 2-story house, it can get very hot! Plus, we all sleep upstairs - us and our 3 young children. That being said, we really rely on keeping our house cool! I found out about this company on NextDoor and called a few other places. This company was able to have someone come out the next day! Brandon helped us and was super friendly, efficient, and thorough. He gave a wonderful explanation and gave us an excellent price for the work done. We highly valued his expertise and his overall can-do attitude. Sometimes you have people in your home to service and it can be a really uncomfortable experience.
