Brandon came out to fix our heater issue in the mid peninsula area, and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, he happily explained his diagnosis and the relevant circumstances in detail with me, and he went through the whole process of the repairs without trying to up sell me on new parts or extras I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend Brandon, and I'll look for him again for any future repairs or service.

Our air conditioning suddenly started acting up and we were stressed out. Living in San Jose with a 2-story house, it can get very hot! Plus, we all sleep upstairs - us and our 3 young children. That being said, we really rely on keeping our house cool! I found out about this company on NextDoor and called a few other places. This company was able to have someone come out the next day! Brandon helped us and was super friendly, efficient, and thorough. He gave a wonderful explanation and gave us an excellent price for the work done. We highly valued his expertise and his overall can-do attitude. Sometimes you have people in your home to service and it can be a really uncomfortable experience. But my husband felt like friends with Brandon immediately due to his personality! I can't speak highly enough about Brandon and this company! Highly recommend! We will be keeping you guys on file! My 93 yo mother lost her heating at her house. She called a competitor and they estimated repairs at 8 - 30k to replace!! I couldn't believe it. I told her to get another estimate. She called R&B and they promptly responded. After Brandon evaluated he estimated $1800 to repair and 4k to replace. We decided to replace and it was professionally done the next day! Brandon even supported a non related issue. R&B was fantastic and we will refer them to all the neighbors!!

Furnace went out this morning. Brandon arrived within in an hour and had things fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Our family has used R&B for over 20 years for all our HVAC needs and have always been impressed and satisfied. Brandon is a fabulous and personable example of R&B's great service.

This is a father and son business and they build relationships with their customers instead of just quick sales. I can't tell you how many times they have come out and given us honest quality service and instead of trying to make a quick buck, they let us know the best solution regardless of price(and it usually isn't very expensive). Brandon came out today and pointed out work done by another contractor(we had an emergency last night) that was dishonest and felt so bad for us he gave us a really great price and did the work right. I can't tell you how much I valued Brandon's time and work and I felt kind of guilty paying him a fraction of what the emergency contractor fleeced us for. This is such a great company and Brandon is top notch!! Relationships matter!!!!

I called R & B this morning because our AC wasn't cooling down sufficiently. I spoke to Laurie and I got an appointment for a technician to come by same day (within a few hours). They charge about $85 to come out and diagnose the problem. Very reasonable! Brandon came out to assess what was going on. and He was able to pinpoint a couple of problems pretty quick. He did NOT attempt to up sell me. He didn't try to make it any bigger than it was. He diagnosed and fixed the problem fairly quick. I'm so very thankful for his honesty and work ethics! This is a family owned and run business and it shows! I absolutely would refer this business without hesitation!!

Prompt, excellent service! My AC stopped working suddenly and they came and fixed it without a problem. Brandon and his partner were so friendly -- this type of service is really hard to come by these days. Brandon explained his work to me thoroughly and on top of that their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! There aren't enough stars here....they should be getting 10++++ stars.
