Of course air conditioner decides to go out yesterday right before the heat wave. Called R&B at 7:30am and Ramiro was over by 10am to fix my problem. I'm so grateful for his speedy service and easy solution to my problem! Thank you!!!
Ramiro and R&B saved us! Their team was super responsive over text when we had a problem with our HVAC during one of the hottest times of the year. They came the next day promptly, and even came back a separate time without a charge to ensure the job was done properly. Ramiro was easy to talk to, honest, didn't try to upcharge or sugarcoat anything. We hope to work with them for an upcoming more intensive duct configuration project. Ramiro was great. Diagnosed our problem quickly and figured out that it was blown fuses. He was able to get our system up and running within 35 minutes. I feared the worse but ended up to be very fortunate. This was in the middle of our latest heat wave and he restored our AC unit. Scored! He even took the time to look at our outside unit and gave some recommendations for the future . Very reliable and honest. You will not be disappointed with his services. Definitely recommend him and R&B.

Brandon came out to fix our heater issue in the mid peninsula area, and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, he happily explained his diagnosis and the relevant circumstances in detail with me, and he went through the whole process of the repairs without trying to up sell me on new parts or extras I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend Brandon, and I'll look for him again for any future repairs or service.
Satisfied Customer With New HVAC System
Had an issue with 20+ yr old Trane system at my mother in-laws house, we called several companies, and they were not able to diagnose the condition correctly, and a long time General Contractor friend recommended R&B. We called & they were quick to answer the phone & the owner himself came out on the service call "Ramiro" he diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a temporary fix that may or may not work do to the age of the components. as a long ago retired technician I verified what he said, and duplicated the fix / failure. The condition continued, so we called R&B back and they came out within a couple days and installed the new Carrier higher efficiency system. Work was clean, pricing fair. I don't write a lot of reviews, however felt compelled to provide my feedback on yelp.
Highly recommend R&B if any issues with you're Heating & Air conditioning system.
