Brandon and Joe arrived on time to perform a maintenance review of my heating system - they did a thorough job and told me what I needed to do to keep system operating efficiently. They added one part, fixed the wiring on my thermostat and changed the air filter. Brandon knows what he is doing, is very personable and will not over sell you on what needs to be done. Brandon and Joe came by today to take a look at our HVAC unit (Bryant) and were able to diagnose and address the issue in under 2 hours. Our system lost 2 lbs of refrigerant and they added more to get it to cool adequately. They also found a pinhole leak at one of the connections that the original installer (not R&B) should have taken care of. The unit is only 4 years old. They also took the time to clean the unit while they were here. Thanks Brandon and Joe!!

R & B just completed a total duct replacement at our house and we're so pleased with the work. Ramiro and his team are great. Our initial quote was clear and scheduling was easy. The R & B team worked fast despite the claustrophobic conditions in our home's crawlspace. They were even kind enough to coordinate with our exterminators, who wanted access when the space was clear of ductwork. When we requested an extra vent they were flexible and pricing was fair. There were no surprises on the final invoice. Everyone on R & B's team was pleasant and seemed happy to be there. We recommend them with no reservations. Thanks again, R & B!

Had an issue with 20+ yr old Trane system at my mother in-laws house, we called several companies, and they were not able to diagnose the condition correctly, and a long time General Contractor friend recommended R&B. We called & they were quick to answer the phone & the owner himself came out on the service call "Ramiro" he diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a temporary fix that may or may not work do to the age of the components. as a long ago retired technician I verified what he said, and duplicated the fix / failure. The condition continued, so we called R&B back and they came out within a couple days and installed the new Carrier higher efficiency system. Work was clean, pricing fair. I don't write a lot of reviews, however felt compelled to provide my feedback on yelp. Highly recommend R&B if any issues with you're Heating & Air conditioning system

Ramiro and R&B saved us! Their team was super responsive over text when we had a problem with our HVAC during one of the hottest times of the year. They came the next day promptly, and even came back a separate time without a charge to ensure the job was done properly. Ramiro was easy to talk to, honest, didn't try to upcharge or sugarcoat anything. We hope to work with them for an upcoming more intensive duct configuration project. Ramiro was great. Diagnosed our problem quickly and figured out that it was blown fuses. He was able to get our system up and running within 35 minutes. I feared the worse but ended up to be very fortunate. This was in the middle of our latest heat wave and he restored our AC unit. Scored! He even took the time to look at our outside unit and gave some recommendations for the future . Very reliable and honest. You will not be disappointed with his services. Definitely recommend him and R&B.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We've used R&B twice now and not only are they professional, kind, they also get the job done right and for a great price. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year and before a week of intense heat. I called in a panic and R&B came out the same day I called and fixed my AC unit. Ramiro even showed me how to fix it next time it happens! They deserve 10 stars! Thank you ALL soo much for always taking care of us. Brandon came out to fix our heater issue in the mid peninsula area, and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, he happily explained his diagnosis and the relevant circumstances in detail with me, and he went through the whole process of the repairs without trying to up sell me on new parts or extras I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend Brandon, and I'll look for him again for any future repairs or service.
